Mule diagnostics are available from the latest patch versions of Mule 4.6 LTS, Mule 4.9 LTS and Mule 4.10 Edge.

Run AI-powered analysis: With a single click, run an AI-driven analysis of your Mule diagnostics. This analysis provides the root cause of the issues as well as recommends actions that can be taken. It also informs customers on the monitoring alerts that they can set up to improve observability and day 2 operations for their applications.

Get real-time on-demand troubleshooting: Whether you're responding to an alert from Anypoint Monitoring or proactively investigating an issue, the Diagnostics Agent is there to help. You can run an analysis in real-time or save it for later reference.
