Astina is active mainly in the German-speaking region. However, the customer portfolio also includes large companies with an international orientation.
Astina works with the Paloma software system, which has been continuously developed in-house for more than 7 years. The product enables a fast and cost-efficient implementation of e-commerce projects. The Paloma software product is aimed at medium to large companies that want to serve customers through different channels or in different segments (e.g. B2B, B2C, B2B2C) or want to gain a foothold in e-commerce. Besides all the numerous features of Paloma for e-commerce needs, Astina uses MuleSoft for system integrations and development of standard APIs for example to SAP.
In addition to the implementation, Astina also takes responsibility for the operation of the e-commerce systems. The service level agreements (SLA) include clearly defined performance parameters and also include system monitoring and troubleshooting.
