Customer onboarding is one of the most popular use-cases in retail that requires a seamless experience for new and existing customers. It requires an orchestration logic that integrates with multiple internal and external APIs and provides data via a single point of query. This RAML specification should serve as an API design best practice to abstract that complexity with a lightweight RESTful interface that could be reused by developers in other integrations projects (e.g., building a mobile app that implements customer onboarding process)
