Subscriptions for Tcat and Apache Tomcat
Tcat
Tcat is available for both development and production deployments. For development use, a Development support subscription is available, in packs of 5 support cases, to help troubleshoot and answer questions that crop up during development and pre-production. For production use, MuleSoft Tcat is offered by subscription only, with three production support tiers (Silver, Gold, and Platinum).
Support for Apache Tomcat
Separately, subscribers can also purchase production and pre-production support for "plain vanilla" Apache Tomcat, delivered by MuleSoft's team of Tomcat and Apache experts and committers. In the event a customer experiences a bug with Tomcat, MuleSoft has the expertise to resolve the issue and commit code back to the Tomcat open source project.
