MuleSoft Expands Board of Directors with Veteran CFO Steve Collins
<p>Technology Industry Veteran Brings Deep Private and Public Company Experience as MuleSoft Continues Rapid Growth</p><br />
SAN FRANCISCO – July 24, 2014 – MuleSoft, the company that makes it easy to connect applications, data and devices, today announced that it has appointed Steve Collins to its board of directors. Steve comes to MuleSoft with over 20 years of business management and financial leadership experience, including his previous roles as CFO of ExactTarget and NAVTEQ.
Steve led ExactTarget through its initial public offering in 2012. Prior to ExactTarget, he served as senior vice president and CFO of NAVTEQ Corporation, where he played a key role in the company’s IPO in 2004, followed by its secondary offering and the sale for $8.1 billion to Nokia Corporation in 2008. He has also held financial leadership positions at The Walt Disney Company, co-founded a technology-focused venture capital firm, and is an acting board member for several leading technology-focused startups.
