Brent Hayward is CEO of MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration and API platform. Brent brings to MuleSoft more than 20 years of experience in software sales and service delivery.
Prior to joining MuleSoft in 2013, Brent was at Oracle where he was vice president of North America application sales for the Oracle Knowledge Product Portfolio, driving rapid growth through both direct and channel sales operations. Brent began his career at Accenture, where he led teams serving Forbes Global 2000 clients in the communications, media and entertainment, and high tech industries.
Brent holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Archana (Arch) Subramanian is COO of MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration, API, and automation platform. Arch brings 10 years of strategy and operations experience at Salesforce to MuleSoft and uses an industry-led, multi-product approach to all aspects of GTM strategy, field planning, analytics, and sales enablement
Prior to joining MuleSoft, Arch served as COO at Salesforce for Americas distribution, vertical sales, and most recently ANZ and ASEAN. She was responsible for drafting GTM strategy, planning, territory carving, quota allocation, sales enablement, sales development (inbound and outbound sales), and sales programs across various business verticals and product teams. Prior to Salesforce, Arch held consulting roles at Infosys Consulting.
Arch holds an MBA and Masters in Information Systems from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Eric Eyken-Sluyters is CRO of MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration, API, and automation platform. In this role, Eric leads account development, solution engineering, and sales teams.
Eric brings 20 years of technology sales and consultancy experience at Salesforce to MuleSoft, 13 of which were spent in leadership roles. Most recently at Salesforce, Eric served as executive vice president of retail, consumer goods, and commerce where he led a global organization, building and scaling a unified sales experience across product sets. Having worked with some of the biggest customers in Salesforce’s history, Eric has deep experience meeting customer challenges with the right technology solutions.
Eric holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Fuad Rashid is SVP of Software Engineering at MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration, API, and automation platform. In this role, Fuad leads the software and infrastructure engineering teams, unlocking the next level of product innovation and customer success for MuleSoft.
Fuad brings to bear 25 years of software engineering experience, 18 of which have been spent scaling and leading world-class engineering teams. Before joining MuleSoft, Fuad led engineering for Vlocity from its founding in 2014 through its acquisition by Salesforce in 2020. Prior to Vlocity and Salesforce, Fuad held leadership roles at SugarSync and MobiTV.
Fuad holds a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, and a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Scott Buswell is SVP of Global Services at MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration, API, and automation platform. In this role, Scott leads the services organization, including strategic consulting and professional services.
Scott has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry-leading global teams and delivering award-winning solutions to customers. Over the past eight years at MuleSoft, he has held leadership roles across the services organization, most recently serving as vice president of services for the Americas where he drove growth and innovation for the business. Prior to MuleSoft, Scott held consulting solutions roles at Oracle and InQuira.
Scott holds a BS in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Dan McAllister is senior vice president of global channels and alliances at MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration and API platform. Dan brings to bear over 20 years of global alliances leadership experience, focusing on creating win-win relationships with MuleSoft partners
Dan joined MuleSoft in 2016 and led the Americas channels team for four years through industry-leading growth. Prior to joining MuleSoft, Dan held alliance leadership roles at Box, NetSuite, and SAP where he delivered outsized results through his focus on developing the partner community’s revenue share, creating awareness through market-to and market-with campaigns, developing practices via flexible enablement programs, and driving innovation with partner IP through solution and asset creation.
Dan holds a BS from Clarkson University and a MBA from Hofstra University.

Romea Smith is VP of Global Customer Support at MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration, API, and automation platform. In her role, Romea is focused on building a premier, multi-channel support experience for MuleSoft’s customers and support engineers
Romea has nearly 30 years of industry experience delivering world-class technical support, with an incredible track record of building and scaling high performance support organizations. Prior to joining MuleSoft, she held leadership roles at CA Technologies, Trapeze Group, and Precisely (Syncsort). Romea has deep experience creating customer-centric cultures through customer and employee engagement programs, smart organizational design and implementation, and exceptional customer care discipline.
Romea holds a BS in Mathematics from Prairie View A&M University.
