Simon
Simon Parmett
Chief Executive Officer

Simon Parmett is CEO of MuleSoft, provider of the leading platform for building application networks. He is a software industry veteran with over 20 years of experience building high growth technology companies from early stage through IPO. Previously, Simon led MuleSoft’s worldwide sales, services and channels organizations, responsible for the company’s rapid global growth since joining in 2011. Prior, Simon was General Manager of Oracle’s PLM Business Unit, responsible for sales, business development, alliances and solution delivery for the Asia Pacific region. While with Agile Software (acquired by Oracle), Simon also held senior executive positions in marketing and corporate development where he was instrumental in positioning the company for its rapid growth and global expansion. 

Simon holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ross Mason
Founder

Ross founded MuleSoft in 2006 on the idea that connecting applications should be easy, building on the open source Mule project he created three years earlier. He is responsible for MuleSoft's product strategy, open source leadership, engineering alignment and direct engagement with customers. Prior to MuleSoft, Ross was Chief Executive Officer of SymphonySoft Limited, an EU-based company providing services and support for large-scale integration projects. Previously, Ross was Lead Architect for RaboBank and played a key role in developing one of the first large-scale ESB implementations in 2002. He has also worked with NatWest Bank, Credit Suisse and UBS.

Ross holds a BS (Hons) in Computer Science from UWE, Bristol, UK.

Uri Sarid
Chief Technology Officer

Uri brings over 20 years of technology and research leadership experience to MuleSoft, most recently as Vice President of the NOOK Cloud at Barnes & Noble, where he architected, led, and released the flagship digital content and user platform for NOOK. Previously, Uri was VP of Engineering at eMeter (acquired by Siemens), the leading provider of enterprise software for the SmartGrid. Uri has also held CTO and VP of Engineering positions at innovative companies including Loyalize, Aptana, Accomplice, Noosh, and digiGroups. Uri began his career with research and teaching positions at Stanford University, Lawrence Berkeley Lab, and the University of Notre Dame.

Uri holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics and Astrophysics from Harvard University and a B.S. with Highest Distinction from the University of Arizona. He is an author on 26 patents.

Meir Amiel is the chief product officer at MuleSoft, where he leads the product organization including product management, engineering, and cloud operations. Prior to MuleSoft, Meir served as the executive vice president of engineering for the Sales Cloud portfolio at Salesforce, the world’s #1 CRM platform. Meir’s responsibilities included B2B marketing (Pardot), Sales Force Automation, High-Velocity Sales, CPQ, billing, Lightning Data, Salesforce Inbox, and Sales Cloud Einstein. Previously at Salesforce, Meir managed various developer and ISV-oriented products in the Force.com cloud computing platform, as well as oversaw the technical integrations for multiple acquisitions. He co-led and successfully delivered transformative projects such as Lightning Experience — which re-imagined Salesforce’s desktop and mobile user experience and Sales Cloud Einstein — introducing AI-powered features into the Sales Cloud portfolio. Prior to Salesforce, Meir worked in product management and engineering positions at EMC.

Meir holds an MBA from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University and a BS in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Lindsey Irvine is the chief marketing officer at MuleSoft, provider of the leading platform for building application networks. Lindsey brings more than a decade of leadership experience in the technology industry, scaling services and teams at both large enterprises and early-stage startups.

Lindsey most recently served as MuleSoft’s chief operating officer. Prior, she served as vice president for Salesforce IoT, where she led all go-to-market activities. At Salesforce, she also served in leadership roles spearheading strategic ISV partnerships and industry marketing, as well as serving as a company spokesperson and customer evangelist. Prior to Salesforce, Lindsey worked on a startup health IT company, where her responsibilities spanned product and sales.

Lindsey holds a BA in Communications and Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University.

Louis Ponticas is chief operating officer at MuleSoft, provider of the leading platform for building application networks. He is responsible for all aspects of field planning, analytics and enablement.

Louis brings over 20 years of leadership experience across a wide range of industries, including technology, manufacturing and management consulting. Prior to MuleSoft, Louis held several leadership positions at PayPal, primarily focused on transforming product development to a global solutions-oriented, agile organization. Louis’ career began in manufacturing, before transitioning to consulting, and later technology, working for companies such as Corning, Inc, Cambrian Partners, and Computer Sciences Corporation.

Louis holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech along with an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. Louis is a veteran and retired career reservist.

Mahau has over 15 years of experience in the technology and enterprise software space. Prior to joining MuleSoft in 2007, Mahau held various positions at TIBCO Software, including roles in sales enablement, customer marketing and partner marketing. Earlier, Mahau spent a number of years investing in enterprise software and networking startups at Silicon Valley venture capital firm Trinity Ventures.

Mahau started his career at management consulting firm McKinsey & Company and holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University.

Matt Kilguss is senior vice president of global sales at MuleSoft, provider of the leading platform for building application networks. Matt brings over 20 years of technical and sales leadership experience, previously at SAP, Oversight Systems and JP Morgan Chase.

Previously, Matt led the Americas sales organization for MuleSoft. Prior to MuleSoft, Matt served as vice president of enterprise sales at SAP America, where he was responsible for driving new license sales and customer satisfaction in SAP's enterprise accounts.

Matt holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BS in Finance from Lehigh University.

Brent leads MuleSoft's global channels and alliances organization, responsible for all aspects of customer and partner success. In this role, Brent works closely with our rapidly growing ecosystem of systems integration and reseller partners to deliver consistent, world-class solutions and enablement for our customers. In addition, Brent spent four years scaling MuleSoft’s global services, support and training organizations. Brent brings to MuleSoft over 20 years of experience in software sales and service delivery. Most recently at Oracle, he was vice president of North America application sales for the Oracle Knowledge Product Portfolio, driving rapid growth through both direct and channel sales operations. Brent began his career at Accenture, where he led teams serving Global 2000 clients in the communications, media & entertainment, and high tech industries.

Brent holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Brian is a technology industry veteran with over 20 years of experience driving growth at both large and small organizations. Prior to joining MuleSoft, Brian ran strategy and business development for Western Digital’s consumer and small business group, which includes market-leading products WD My Cloud and WD My Passport. Brian came to Western Digital through the acquisition of Senvid, known for its MioNet SaaS solution, where he was Vice President Marketing and Business Development. Previously, Brian was Vice President of Product Marketing and Professional Services at Noosh, a market leading multi-tenant cloud based solution, as well as GM for Asia Pacific at Nokia through its acquisition of Ipsilon Networks. Early in his career, Brian advised clients on strategy at Bain and Company.

Brian holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from MIT.

Rick Laner is senior vice president of global services and support at MuleSoft, provider of the leading platform for building application networks. Rick brings over 25 years of software services and sales leadership experience, previously at Splunk and BMC Software.

Prior to MuleSoft, Rick served as vice president of services and customer success at Splunk. Previously, Rick spent 14 years at BMC Software leading world-wide and theater-level teams in pre-sales and post-sales roles based in Melbourne, Singapore and Houston. Rick has also served as an advisor to companies like Opower, acquired by Oracle.

Rick holds a diploma in Business and Information Technology from Central Queensland University.

Brent Grimes is senior vice president of global customer success at MuleSoft, provider of the leading platform for building application networks. Under Brent’s leadership, the customer success team actively leads customers through transformation to become more innovative and agile and deliver high-impact outcomes to their business.

Prior to MuleSoft, Brent has been a hands-on practitioner and leader in multiple business areas, including engineering, product, pre-sales, sales and customer success. Brent began his career as a developer and an entrepreneur, then grew his leadership experience in pre-sales, sales, and customer success roles at Upshot, Oracle, ServiceSource, and MuleSoft.

Brent holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College.
