Brent Hayward is CEO of MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration and API platform. Brent brings to MuleSoft more than 20 years of experience in software sales and service delivery.

Prior to joining MuleSoft in 2013, Brent was at Oracle where he was vice president of North America application sales for the Oracle Knowledge Product Portfolio, driving rapid growth through both direct and channel sales operations. Brent began his career at Accenture, where he led teams serving Forbes Global 2000 clients in the communications, media and entertainment, and high tech industries.

Brent holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Archana (Arch) Subramanian is COO of MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration, API, and automation platform. Arch brings 10 years of strategy and operations experience at Salesforce to MuleSoft and uses an industry-led, multi-product approach to all aspects of GTM strategy, field planning, analytics, and sales enablement

Prior to joining MuleSoft, Arch served as COO at Salesforce for Americas distribution, vertical sales, and most recently ANZ and ASEAN. She was responsible for drafting GTM strategy, planning, territory carving, quota allocation, sales enablement, sales development (inbound and outbound sales), and sales programs across various business verticals and product teams. Prior to Salesforce, Arch held consulting roles at Infosys Consulting.

Arch holds an MBA and Masters in Information Systems from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Anya Kuligina is CMO of MuleSoft, provider of the world’s#1 integration, API, and automation platform. Anya brings nearly 20 years of experience leading high-performing, results-driven marketing teams.

Prior to joining MuleSoft, Anya held executive roles at VMware and Google. She helped build and scale the Google Ads and Cloud businesses, including driving marketing for the company’s fastest-growing product line, Google Cloud. Anya brings in-depth experience in GTM and all facets of marketing, leading global teams in the strategy and execution of cross-channel demand strategy programs to drive customer affinity and pipeline growth across multiple personas and customer segments.

Anya holds a degree in Business and Marketing from California Polytechnic State University.

Shaun Clowes is CPO of MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration, API, and automation platform. In this role, Shaun leads the product organization including product management, user experience, and cloud operations.

Shaun brings 25 years of industry experience building cutting-edge technology solutions and scaling customer-centric global product organizations. Shaun joined MuleSoft in 2019 and served as SVP of Product Management, overseeing product management, UX design and documentation.

Prior to MuleSoft, Shaun was Chief Product Officer of Metromile, since listed on the NYSE then acquired by Lemonade, with a focus on disrupting the auto insurance industry through technology. Shaun also spent six years at Atlassian where he managed the product team for Jira Agile (now Jira Software) and built the industry’s first team dedicated to driving product-led growth for B2B.

Shaun holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney.

Eric Eyken-Sluyters is CRO of MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration, API, and automation platform. In this role, Eric leads account development, solution engineering, and sales teams.

Eric brings 20 years of technology sales and consultancy experience at Salesforce to MuleSoft, 13 of which were spent in leadership roles. Most recently at Salesforce, Eric served as executive vice president of retail, consumer goods, and commerce where he led a global organization, building and scaling a unified sales experience across product sets. Having worked with some of the biggest customers in Salesforce’s history, Eric has deep experience meeting customer challenges with the right technology solutions.

Eric holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Terry Tripp is CCO of MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration, API, and automation platform. In this role, Terry brings his 30 years of sales leadership experience to offer a world-class experience to MuleSoft customers throughout their journey.

Terry has an extensive background in building and scaling teams in the enterprise software and technology field. He joined MuleSoft in 2014 and most recently served as the executive vice president of global sales, leading the account development, solution engineering, and sales teams. Prior to MuleSoft, Terry served as area vice president of sales at BMC Software, where he was responsible for sales in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. Earlier in his career, Terry held leadership roles in early stage IT and service companies where he gained entrepreneurial experience.

Terry holds a BS in Marketing from Miami University.

Fuad Rashid is SVP of Software Engineering at MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration, API, and automation platform. In this role, Fuad leads the software and infrastructure engineering teams, unlocking the next level of product innovation and customer success for MuleSoft.

Fuad brings to bear 25 years of software engineering experience, 18 of which have been spent scaling and leading world-class engineering teams. Before joining MuleSoft, Fuad led engineering for Vlocity from its founding in 2014 through its acquisition by Salesforce in 2020. Prior to Vlocity and Salesforce, Fuad held leadership roles at SugarSync and MobiTV.

Fuad holds a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, and a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Brian Miller is senior vice president of business development at MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration and API platform. Brian is a technology industry veteran with over 20 years of experience driving growth at both large and small organizations.

Prior to joining MuleSoft, Brian ran strategy and business development for Western Digital’s consumer and small business group, which includes market-leading products WD My Cloud and WD My Passport. Brian came to Western Digital through the acquisition of Senvid, known for its MioNet SaaS solution, where he was Vice President Marketing and Business Development. Previously, Brian was Vice President of Product Marketing and Professional Services at Noosh, a market leading multi-tenant cloud based solution, as well as GM for Asia Pacific at Nokia through its acquisition of Ipsilon Networks. Early in his career, Brian advised clients on strategy at Bain and Company

Brian holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from MIT.

Prior to MuleSoft, Josh was a partner at Bain & Company, where he spent 15 years working with technology companies to solve their most complex business challenges and advising private equity firms on numerous transactions. Josh has deep software experience as well as functional expertise around strategy, go-to-market transformations and performance optimization.

Josh holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Over the past eight years at MuleSoft, he has held leadership roles across the services organization, most recently serving as vice president of services for the Americas where he drove growth and innovation for the business. Prior to MuleSoft, Scott held consulting solutions roles at Oracle and InQuira.

Dan joined MuleSoft in 2016 and led the Americas channels team for four years through industry-leading growth. Prior to joining MuleSoft, Dan held alliance leadership roles at Box, NetSuite, and SAP where he delivered outsized results through his focus on developing the partner community’s revenue share, creating awareness through market-to and market-with campaigns, developing practices via flexible enablement programs, and driving innovation with partner IP through solution and asset creation.

Prior to joining MuleSoft, she held leadership roles at CA Technologies, Trapeze Group, and Precisely (Syncsort). Romea has deep experience creating customer-centric cultures through customer and employee engagement programs, smart organizational design and implementation, and exceptional customer care discipline.

Sofia Fatakhova is vice president of finance at MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration and API platform. Sofia brings 20 years of finance experience to MuleSoft, most recently at Salesforce where she led financial planning and analysis for Tableau, and prior to that at Amazon where she was head of finance, leading all aspects of finance for the hypergrowth Echo/Alexa business. At Amazon, Sofia helped grow Echo/Alexa from just one device in one country to more than 20 devices across 15 countries and 10 languages. Prior to Amazon, Sofia held leadership roles in finance at Aramark, ACE Group, KPMG, and BCG Consulting.

Sofia holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Finance from Boston University, and a BSBA in Finance and Marketing from Georgetown University.

Krista Brooks is director of employee success at MuleSoft, provider of the world’s #1 integration and API platform. Krista brings more than 25 years of experience leading strategic human resources programs to her role.

Krista joined Salesforce in 2010 and now oversees all employee success programs for MuleSoft, partnering closely with the business to align the people strategy to company objectives. Prior to that, Krista held human resources leadership roles at Atlantic Central, EastLink, and Crombie REIT.

Krista holds a BS in Office Administration from Mount Saint Vincent University. She also holds a certificate in human resources management from Dalhousie University and is a certified human resources professional by the Human Resource Association of Nova Scotia.
