MuleSoft Recognized Again by Gartner, Named a Leader in Both On-Premises Application Integration Suites and Enterprise Integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) Magic Quadrants

SAN FRANCISCO – August 6, 2014 – MuleSoft, the company that makes it easy to connect applications, data and devices, today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. as a Leader in the Magic Quadrant for On-Premises Application Integration Suites.* It marks the second time this year that MuleSoft was named a Leader in a Gartner Magic Quadrant, having been included the Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS).* The complete report, including the quadrant graphic, is available at www.mulesoft.com/lp/reports/gartner-magic-quadrant-leader.

“We believe MuleSoft”s position in two Magic Quadrants points to the unique value of Anypoint Platform. As a leader both on-premises and in cloud for application integration, we feel it reinforces our industry leadership, especially when it comes to hybrid integration,” said Ken Yagen, vice president of products at MuleSoft. “Anypoint Platform delivers a single, unified solution for connecting anything to anything–whether it’s on-premises or in the cloud.”

According to Gartner, “Leaders in the Magic Quadrant for On-Premises Application Integration Suites are vendors with a proven, comprehensive and integrated set of products that customers use for projects such as A2A, B2B, cloud-to-on-premises and cloud-to-cloud integration. They have a large installed base of products. Leaders can cross-sell their integration solutions, and have demonstrated their ability to anticipate technology and market trends by extending their offerings to support the data consistency, multistep process and composite application integration styles that occur in systematic integration projects. They also have a sizable installed base of international clients, many of which demonstrate their satisfaction by periodically upgrading to new product versions.”

MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform is built to eliminate the pain and cost of point-to-point integration, unifying business processes across applications, data sources and APIs. It includes CloudHub™ iPaaS, Mule ESB™, and a unified solution for API management, design and publishing.
