MuleSource Announces Three Consecutive Quarters of Record Bookings

Despite prolonged economic downturn, MuleSource books record quarter with 140% year-over-year growth

SAN FRANCISCO – July 7, 2009 – MuleSource, the company behind Mule, the leading open source service oriented architecture (SOA) infrastructure software, today announced its third consecutive record bookings quarter.

The second quarter of 2009 was another record for the company, with a 140 percent year-over-year increase in quarterly bookings and over 100 percent growth for the year-to-date period. MuleSource continues to outperform expectations relative to the current economic climate with its consistent and dramatic success.

In addition to the strong second quarter financial results, MuleSource was honored with two industry awards: MuleSource CTO Ross Mason was named an InfoWorld Top 25 CTO for 2009, and MuleSource was named to the CRN Emerging Technology Vendor list for the second consecutive year. Additionally, during this time, MuleSource significantly upgraded the online infrastructure used to serve the Mule community with a re-launch of the MuleSource.org website, which has made it easier for community members to access downloads and information, contribute to Mule projects, and interact with other Mule ESB users and developers.
