Open the app’s home page in Slack and click "Connect your Anypoint”. Sign in with your Anypoint credentials. The agent automatically scopes to your permissions and business group.

The MuleSoft app for Slack is a companion Slack application for MuleSoft. It provides a conversational interface to your MuleSoft Platform, letting you query platform state, manage APIs and policies, receive alerts, and take action directly in Slack. The agentic capabilities are powered by the same agent that runs in the enhanced experience.
The MuleSoft app for Slack is included with your existing Anypoint Platform subscription at no additional cost. MuleSoft Agent is releasing with limited availability. Contact your account executive to enable it.
While notifications and the MCP server for Slackbot are generally available, the MuleSoft Agent for Slack feature is currently Limited Availability. Contact your account executive to turn it on. If you’ve enabled the MuleSoft Agent in the enhanced experience, you’ll have access to the agent in Slack as well.

Yes. The agent enforces the same RBAC as MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Users only access data they have permissions for. Auth supports connected apps, SSO via SAML/OIDC, and OAuth 2.1. All Slack-initiated actions are logged in your audit trail.
