About Mary Joy Sabal
Mary Joy loves technology, nature, people, life, and a good laugh. She was born and grew up in the Philippines, but now enjoys living in New Zealand. Mary Joy says "shifting my degree to Information Technology has been one of the best decisions I have ever made and it really is only the beginning. I’ve been in the IT industry for nearly ten years now, starting as a COBOL Developer and then spending five years in Java, before finally shifting to software integration."
She kicked off her MuleSoft journey in 2017 and fell in love with the product. Guilherme started his IT career in 2008, working on integration projects mainly using Java and developing complex integrations for the travel industry. He was introduced to MuleSoft in December 2013 during a Summit in São Paulo. Later in 2014, Guilherme had the opportunity to lead an integration project with Mule and hasn’t stopped since. As an Associate Manager at Capgemini (who recently acquired WhiteSky Labs), he began working on business-critical projects. "One of the first errors I encountered was with a DataWeave transformation. About Anthony (Tony) DeFusco
A life-long Rhode Island native, Tony graduated top of his high school class and later graduated with distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He is currently a Lead Integration Engineer for the Enterprise Application Systems division of the Office of Information Technology at Brown University where he is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of web APIs and application integrations for the University. Tony originally joined Brown University in 2012 as a fixed-term contract employee to assist with the implementation of the University’s new identity management system. He was promoted to a regular staff member before the new system went live in late 2014. In 2015, Tony took on the sole responsibility of realizing the University’s latest IT investment in a MuleSoft Enterprise license in which he served as the solitary developer and administrator of the MuleSoft platform. He achieved his first MCD certification for Mule 3 in 2016.
Tony has been active in the MuleSoft community since 2015, when he began regularly networking with and evangelizing the MuleSoft platform to fellow Higher Ed MuleSoft customers and prospects via attendance at MuleSoft Connect conferences, summits, workshops, and meetups. He became an active participant in the MuleSoft Champions program in 2016 and hosted a MuleSoft-sponsored Meetup in the University’s student center that same year. Tony competed in the MuleSoft Hackathon 2020 with his entry, “Jotto 2020“, a precursor to the immensely popular New York Time’s online game, “Wordle“, which debuted later in 2022. He was accepted into the MuleSoft Mentor program as part of the July 2021 cohort. "Being a part of the MuleSoft Community over the years has introduced me to so many wonderful folks who have helped me to grow professionally and personally".

About Brian Statkevicus
Brian has been in what used to be known as “Enterprise Application Integration“ for over 20 years. He started his integration career at New Era of Networks (NEON), which was a Message Oriented Middleware solution built using IBM MQ Series. Brian then worked for BEA Systems, which, at the time, hosted thier integration solution on WebLogic Server. After BEA and a startup flameout, he worked for Oracle on their sales enablement team, helping the field sell and implement what became known as SOA Suite. Brian then spent about 10 years working for System Integrators, large and small, implementing SOA Suite and ultimately OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
He chose to leave the Oracle ecosystem and join the MuleSoft ecosystem 3 years ago. Brian currently manages a team of 13 MuleSoft experts at Big Compass. About Jim Andrews
Jim’s career passion is helping clients solve their real-time data integration and enterprise architecture problems. Since 2016 he has been a consistent evangelist for the MuleSoft platform, learning as much as he can and sharing with anyone he can, the how’s and why’s of Enterprise Application Integration using API’s. Hailing from the Houston suburb Sugar Land, Jim helped to establish the Houston MuleSoft Meetup group in 2018 to provide a place for the local community to share experiences and knowledge as well as to foster new relationships. In early 2021, Jim was honored to be part of the first cohort of MuleSoft Mentors and in 2022 joined the Ambassador Cohort.
Jim values education and draws heavily from the writings and research of Martin Fowler, Gregor Hohpe, Matt McLarty, Grady Booch, Mark Amundsen and the late Clayton Christensen. This also fuels a desire to share what he has learned with others and, by standing on the shoulders of these giants, he looks for creative ways to present these ideas with the MuleSoft Community as well as with his clients. Basically, he really digs figuring out how things work and then doing lots of that.
As a MuleSoft Ambassador, Jim has been able to develop new relationships and communities to participate in, learn from, and share with. About Leonardo Lopez
Leonardo started his journey in the MuleSoft world around 2014 using earlier versions of the runtime as a middleware platform, after that experience, he remained involved with MuleSoft joining the past Champions program and following the evolution of the product by participating in forums and helping others enthusiasts. He joined the community and the Medellin Meetup group to continue sharing and learning knowledge with local people. He also likes to write content in Spanish about MuleSoft.

About Renato de Oliveira
Renato de Oliveira has worked in development architecture for over 15 years, with 11 years dedicated to solving system integration challenges using MuleSoft. In 2019, after attending the second MuleSoft Community Meetup in São Paulo, he became passionate about the community and its collaborative spirit. He quickly became an active participant, eventually serving as a speaker and later as an organizer. Roberto started his journey in the e-commerce world, firstly with Magento and then with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) and was involved in this world for 10 years. After this time, he moved to MuleSoft and the integration world.
He was involved in different MuleSoft projects for different customers and industries where his activities ranged from design architecture, implementing MuleSoft, coaching others, and participating in the MuleSoft Community.
He holds almost all of the MuleSoft certifications including MuleSoft Integration Foundations, MuleSoft Developer Level 1 and Level 2, Catalyst Consultant and MuleSoft Platform Architect.

Manik has been using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform since 2014. He discovered MuleSoft when Mule was in its 2nd version, and he was impressed by its abilities back then. With the release of Mule 3, Manik got deeply connected with the Mule technology stack. When DataWeave was first released with 3.7, it immediately became his favorite feature. Ruman switched to using MuleSoft in 2015 after working on Microsoft stack for more than a decade. "Within a few weeks of using MuleSoft in my Proof of Concept integration project, I was able to develop integrations more efficiently and faster than before. About Adam Maguire Wilson
Adam started his career building APIs using Java but quickly fell in love with MuleSoft when he was introduced to the platform in 2015, immediately recognising that the low code approach allowed developers to achieve more with less.
He worked his way through all the various MuleSoft certifications before going on to become a MuleSoft Instructor in order to support others with their learning and development.
