Challenge
Bringing governance and scalability to AI innovation
Diabsolut is a consulting partner, specializing in implementing Salesforce solutions to help customers connect data, automate work, and deliver outcomes that move businesses forward.
The world of consulting is changing, with traditional services becoming increasingly commoditized. To retain a competitive advantage, Diabsolut is combining AI with human expertise to reshape how it delivers consulting.
A culture of experimentation meant teams had adopted a wide range of tools and systems, resulting in growing agent sprawl across the business. While many of these innovations were very successful, to scale them, Diabsolut needed seamless connectivity between systems, robust security, governance, and oversight. The company’s existing point-to-point integrations and out-of-the-box connectors were struggling to meet these needs.
Diabsolut needed a better way to connect and govern its agents. It had three options: either keep agents and monitoring in a single system, which severely limited capabilities; adopt a fragmented approach, which meant too much overhead; or find a vendor-agnostic approach that didn’t compromise visibility or control.
Objective
From experimentation to enterprise AI
Diabsolut needed to establish a scalable, composable, and vendor-agnostic approach that could connect systems, govern AI agents effectively, and support long-term growth without limiting future flexibility. Its objectives were to:
- Gain centralized visibility and control over AI agents across the business, ensuring every deployment is secure, auditable, and governable with a single point of management.
- Establish a single interface for all AI agents with a concierge-style experience via Slack, giving teams a consistent, accessible place to start, regardless of the underlying platforms.
- Deploy with greater speed and confidence with a governed infrastructure that allows teams to move fast without compromising security or control.
Solution
Supporting AI agents and a composable architecture
As Diabsolut is a Salesforce partner, MuleSoft was the natural choice. It began with Agent Fabric and making MuleSoft Anypoint Platform the essential foundation for its composable architecture. The company went from evaluation to production in just two and a half weeks.
Connecting agents and systems
Using Agent Fabric, Diabsolut has transformed legacy APIs into MCP servers, giving AI agents a consistent way to talk to any system or dataset. Agents have access to Salesforce, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SharePoint, and Certinia so far.
Built-in visibility and governance
Diabsolut has a comprehensive agent registry in Agent Fabric, which automatically provides visibility of each new innovation. It also offers complete traceability across each agent interaction, with every request, output, and transaction logged with a timestamp. By providing inbuilt rules and auditability, teams can deploy agents confidently without slowing down to add in governance manually, empowering Diabsolut to move faster.
A single center of interaction
Diabsolut has built the AI agent experience for its consultants around a single concierge layer, powered by Agent Fabric and delivered through Slack. This gives every user a single place to interact with any agent, wherever it resides. It also functions as the governance checkpoint, funnelling all interactions through one controlled layer, and allowing teams to have natural language conversations with data from a variety of systems, including Salesforce and SharePoint, in seconds.
AI across the consulting lifecycle
Agent Fabric orchestrates four agents supporting Delivery Intelligence across the first 30% of any consulting engagement, which is the most critical to a project’s success. These cover workshop planning, requirements analysis, solution design, and sandbox build.
We went from evaluating MuleSoft to deploying it in two and a half weeks. Initially, we started with Agent Fabric to control and govern our AI agents, then we recognized the value of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform in supporting our composable approach. Now, MuleSoft is the foundation of our AI agent strategy.

Results
AI at speed and scale
With MuleSoft providing the governance, connectivity, and concierge layer, Diabsolut has been able to move fast. With this framework in place, the first two Delivery Intelligence agents went live as pilots within four to six weeks, and an 18-month AI roadmap was compressed to just six months.
Diabsolut’s connected agent network has significantly increased efficiency for Diabsolut’s delivery teams, completing key activities 70% faster, with quality remaining in the top 10%, freeing up consultants to spend more time with clients and on higher-value work. With the MuleSoft foundations in place, Diabsolut expects to expand its agent network to 20 AI agents in production within the next six months, deploying at a rate of two to four per month.
Delivery Intelligence was just the beginning. Diabsolut is now expanding into Enterprise Intelligence and working with customers to help them replicate the same approach, turning their own internal blueprint into a new service offering.
We’ve compressed an 18-month AI roadmap into six months. MuleSoft gives us the framework to move fast without compromising governance, and now we’re deploying two to four trusted and scalable agents every month.
