My favorite thing about working at MuleSoft is that I am empowered to be the owner of my own success—for my product, projects, and career. It's not always easy, but it provides me with a sense of ownership and pride in the impact I can make within the company.

I've been in engineering for nearly 20 years, and I love that at any experience level, there is a challenge for you at MuleSoft. No one is telling you how to solve problems, you are the one writing frameworks and creating new tools for developers.

Everyone is truly pulling toward the same result to build a category-defining company. Our offices have a true sense of community with wins and losses always shared as a team. It's been like rocket fuel to my career, being guided by incredible mentors and supported to be the best I can be.

My favorite thing about working at MuleSoft is how the people here push me everyday to be the best I can be. There are so many good, smart people here, I want to execute flawlessly for them. They allow me to grow as a leader through coaching and candid feedback and by challenging me to be creative in my role. 

I've always considered myself a hard worker, but I can't say I really understood what it meant to have grit until I started working at MuleSoft. Everyday, I'm motivated to work at my peak level of performance. When I look back at how much I've grown in just a couple months' time, it's all worth it.
