- Current MuleSoft employees and external recruiting or staffing agencies are ineligible for this program.
- You can refer a maximum of 3 people.
- If you refer more than 3, only the first 3 referrals will be considered.
- You cannot refer yourself.
- Candidates currently in the MuleSoft process, or those who have previously applied, are ineligible to be referred.
- The referred candidate must acknowledge that he/she was referred by you.
- Bonus payouts will only be rewarded to the person who initially referred the candidate.
- Name changes or transfers are not allowed.
- You must refer the candidate on or before December 31, 2017, and the candidate will need to formally accept an offer at MuleSoft within 3 months of when they were initially referred.
- If your referral is hired at MuleSoft for a role other than an Account Executive role, you will receive a flat payout of $5,000 USD.
